Relay-It is one person. Mail goes to me, and I read all of it — the bug reports, the feature requests, and the ones that just say this thing saved me a drive.
There's no ticket system and no form to fill in. Just write.
A file that wouldn't upload, a notification that never came, a room that won't open. Send it even if you can't reproduce it — a vague report I can chase beats a bug nobody mentions.
hello@relay-it.ioHelps me find it faster
Feature requests are welcome and they do get built. Worth knowing the one rule I hold to: every feature has to move your stuff out of Relay faster. Anything that would make it a place to keep things is a no, however often it's asked for — that's the whole design, not a limitation I'm apologising for.
So "let me send a whole folder at once" is a yes worth arguing for. "Let me keep this one past 30 days" is a no, and I'd rather say that here than after you've written a long email.
hello@relay-it.ioThe test I apply
Refunds, the difference between the $8 one-time and the $29 monthly,
cancelling, or a charge you don't recognise. Same address — put
Billing in the subject and it'll
jump the queue.
Cancelling Pro doesn't touch your one-time Personal purchase. That stays yours.
hello@relay-it.ioUseful to include
Usually within a day. Always within three. If three days pass and you've heard nothing, the mail didn't reach me — send it again, and it won't be because I decided not to answer.
Anything that looks like it's losing people's files gets looked at the hour I see it, whatever else is on.
